Monic Group INC is a full-service beauty salon located in Brandon, FL. We offer professional hair styling, nail care, and spa treatments. Our services include but are not limited to haircuts, coloring, highlights, manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gel nails, facials, and body treatments. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on stylist expertise and scheduling.

2. Booking & Deposits

When booking an appointment through our website, you may be required to pay a deposit to secure your reservation.

  • Deposit amount: A deposit of 30% of the estimated service cost is required at the time of booking.
  • Payment processing: All payments and deposits are securely processed through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards.
  • Deposit application: Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your appointment details after booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 24-hour cancellation window: You may cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Your deposit will be refunded in full.
  • Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the estimated service cost.
  • No-show: If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited in full.

4. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will be treated as a late cancellation followed by a new booking. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time, subject to availability.

5. Right to Decline Service

Our stylists reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service if, in their professional judgment, proceeding would compromise the health or safety of the client or the quality of the result. This includes but is not limited to cases involving hair or skin conditions, unrealistic expectations, or chemical incompatibility. In such cases, your deposit will be refunded in full.

6. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time: Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or rescheduling, depending on availability.
  • Provide accurate information: When booking, provide accurate contact details and any relevant information about allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service.
  • Communicate clearly: Let your stylist know your expectations and preferences before the service begins. We want to ensure your satisfaction.
  • Respectful conduct: We expect all clients to treat our staff and other clients with courtesy and respect.

7. Pricing & Payment

Service prices are listed on our website and may vary based on hair length, complexity, or additional treatments requested. Final pricing will be confirmed before your service begins. We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. The remaining balance after deposit is due at the completion of your appointment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Monic Group INC strives to provide the highest quality beauty services. However:

  • We are not liable for allergic reactions to products if the client failed to disclose known allergies or sensitivities prior to service.
  • Results may vary depending on individual hair or skin type, condition, and history of chemical treatments.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can work to resolve the issue.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Monic Group INC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written consent.
